The following documents are required for the buyback of your vehicle:
Large technical certificate
Vehicle registration certificate (small TP)
Identity card or passport
Trade licence (only for self-employed persons)
Extract from the commercial register (only for legal entities)
In the absence of the vehicle owner or the representative of the legal entity that owns the vehicle being sold, we require an officially certified power of attorney from the owner for the sale, receipt of money, and transfer of the vehicle at the relevant transport office. If there is a record of a leasing contract (lien) in your vehicle's technical certificate, we require the original document confirming the termination of the registered lease (lien) and a power of attorney for the record to terminate the lease (lien).
